Massachusetts: Gun Control Bill Passes Senate

Today, with a vote of 38-0, the Massachusetts state Senate passed a version of the Amendment 1 legislation with less infringements than what was passed yesterday in the House. The original Amendment 1 attached to House Bill 3951 would ban “any device which attaches to a [firearm]…that is designed to increase the rate of discharge” of a firearm with a very broad and overreaching definition.
